Happy June everyone! This blog post will be highlighting the fun things to do in the area for the month of June.

Here's what's on my event calendar for June, 2024
1. First, I am continuing the Lancaster Ale Trail this month. 10 down, 17 more breweries to go! A few of the breweries I am looking to stop at this month are Cartel Brewing and Blending in Lancaster, Raney Cellars Brewing Company in Millersville, and ARTifice Ales and Mead in Manheim.
2. Flag Day Flag Exchange at Blue Marsh Insurance on Friday, June 14th! We are giving away FREE, new American flags on Flag Day at all three of our offices. You can get more information here. Hope to see you then!
3. Next, is Arts on the Ave on Penn Ave in West Reading which is on June 15th. I’ve been there many times in the past and have always had a great time and spent way too much money!
A few of my favorite places to stop along the avenue are The Barley Mow, The Bar Cart, Spoonful Thai Bistro, and The Art Room.
Speaking of the Art Room, on Arts on the Ave day, they will be having Fletcher the mini highland cow there for pettings. If you don’t know who Fletcher the mini highland cow is, he is a well known cow across the Blue Marsh Insurance footprint since my teammate Angelina is a very big fan! Other things to do while at Arts on the Ave are looking at art pieces, taste testing food/sauces, and buying handmade jewelry which is one of my favorite things to do.
