We are so thrilled to announce that our Charity of the Month for July 2021 is Team Jennifer Cahill Charities! This incredible non-profit organization supports female veterans with terminal cancer by prepaying and preplanning their final expenses and burial costs to ease the financial burden on them and their families.
Founded by Jennifer Cahill, Jen was diagnosed with stage 4 treatable, but not curable, cancer in May of 2020. As a 100% disabled Veteran, Jen was shocked to find out that she did not have the Life or Burial Insurance she thought she had through her benefits package. After her friend set up a GoFundMe page to help cover these expenses for her, Jen wanted to repay the kindness that was shown to her by doing the same for others in her same situation.
Team Jennifer Cahill Charities was founded to show other female veterans with terminal cancer the same compassion, love and support that Jen received by prepaying and preplanning their final expenses. In a short amount of time, this effort has already proven to be a huge relief to many military families.
Team Jennifer Cahill Charities is truly an amazing organization and we are so happy to support their efforts. For every referral that we receive in the month of July, TEN DOLLARS will be donated directly to Team Jennifer Cahill Charities!
