Here is my family's favorite Thanksgiving recipe! We usually have it as a side dish, but it could be a dessert too. It is our staple at Thanksgiving, Christmas and basically any other holiday dinner that we can use as an excuse to make it. Every guest that we've invited to our family dinners have raved about it and always asks for the recipe. Just the smell of it baking makes me smile and think of my family. It's delicious, easy to make and the holidays would feel incomplete without it!
INGREDIENTS
5 slices of bread (cubed)
1 can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter (melted)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put cubed bread in a greased casserole dish
Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and melted butter together and pour over bread cubes
