As part of our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve, we were excited to announce the Blue Marsh Scholarship, aimed at supporting local high school seniors in their pursuit of higher education. This year, we had the privilege of awarding a $500 scholarship to a deserving recipient to help them achieve their academic goals post-graduation.
In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants were tasked with reflecting on our core Blue Marsh values and selecting the one that resonated most with them. This exercise encouraged students to consider how they embody our values in their own lives and how they can contribute positively to their community.
We believe that investing in the education of our youth is a powerful way to create a brighter future for all. By offering this scholarship, we hope to inspire and support the next generation of leaders who share our commitment to making a positive impact in the world. Congratulations again to Kayla Laucks, our inaugural scholarship recipient, and we look forward to seeing how she continues to embody our values as she pursues her passion for theater at the University of Maryland.
